Ingredients:
  1. Watermelon- half of a large one
  2. Mint leaves- a handful
  3. Lemon- 1
  4. Lemon juice- 2 tsp
  5. Pepper powder- 1 tsp
  6. Sugar- 1 tsp
  7. Salt - as per taste (optional)
Method:
How to prepare ‘Virgin Watermelon Mojito’ with step by step pictures and instructions-
  1. Roughly chop the watermelon into small pieces.
  2. Take a blender, put watermelon pieces, mint leaves (keep few for garnishing) and lemon juice.
  3. Now put pepper powder, salt, and sugar.
  4. Blend all together (do not add water)
  5. Take a strainer, put the blended juice on it and sieve it.
  6. Take a glass, put two lemon slices, few mint leaves and ice cubes, pour the sieved mojito mixture into the glasses and serve chilled. Garnish with the remaining mint leaves or so.
Tips: Can add a few ice cubes in the blender too. Can use black salt instead of white salt. Also to give a zing to your taste-buds, can add club soda or sparkling water into the Virgin Watermelon Mojito.

Ingredients:
  1. Chicken wings- 250 grams
  2. Corn starch- 4 tbsp (¼ cup)
  3. All purpose flour (Maida)- half a cup (or adjust to the consistency of the batter)
  4. Pepper powder- 2 tbsp
  5. Eggs- 2
  6. Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
  7. Soy sauce- 1 tbsp
  8. Salt- as per taste (approx 1 tsp)
  9. Refined oil (for frying)
Method:
How to prepare ‘Pan Fried Chicken Wings’ with step by step pictures and instructions-
  1. Take a large mixing bowl, take all the ingredients (excluding oil) and mix well the chicken wings together until fully coated.
  2. Keep the marinated mixture covered for 30 minutes in room temperature.
  3. Heat about two cups of oil (or as much required for deep frying), slide in the marinated chicken wings.
  4. Fry on both the sides keeping the flame on medium to high (keep altering the flame from low to medium to high)
