Ingredients:
  1. Chicken wings- 250 grams
  2. Corn starch- 4 tbsp (¼ cup)
  3. All purpose flour (Maida)- half a cup (or adjust to the consistency of the batter)
  4. Pepper powder- 2 tbsp
  5. Eggs- 2
  6. Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
  7. Soy sauce- 1 tbsp
  8. Salt- as per taste (approx 1 tsp)
  9. Refined oil (for frying)
Method:
How to prepare ‘Pan Fried Chicken Wings’ with step by step pictures and instructions-
  1. Take a large mixing bowl, take all the ingredients (excluding oil) and mix well the chicken wings together until fully coated.
  2. Keep the marinated mixture covered for 30 minutes in room temperature.
  3. Heat about two cups of oil (or as much required for deep frying), slide in the marinated chicken wings.
  4. Fry on both the sides keeping the flame on medium to high (keep altering the flame from low to medium to high)
