Quick Pasta

Paromita Pramanick

Quick Pasta is a very easy method to cook pasta within 30 minutes. Generally, pasta recipes are prepared with tomato sauce, Italian herbs, chili flakes and basil leaves etc. however in this recipe, I have used the very common ingredients from the kitchen, giving it a touch of the Indian food recipes. Pasta recipes are usually served as a main course meal for lunch or dinner, but I preferably prepare pasta during evening snacks time for a light meal to fill the tummy.

As we Indians prefer to eat rice or chapattis (Indian flatbread) in the lunch or dinner, so basically pasta is prepared in the breakfast or for a tummy-filling option. However sometimes even we depend on this pasta or noodles even for the main meals, especially when I used to be alone at home, I did not prefer to cook heavy courses for my lunch or dinner, so for my lone sake, I cooked only pasta or noodles.

Pasta recipes are the staple food of traditional Italian cuisine and it is prepared with varieties of sauces, among which the easiest and commonly used pasta recipes are prepared from tomato sauce. Pasta sauces can be prepared at home or we definitely have the option to buy them from the market. I have used the penne pasta for this recipe, however, you can also use macaroni, spaghetti noodles or any other varieties of noodles for the same recipe. I have given Indian cuisine touch for this recipe, therefore it can be called a fusion of Italian and Indian recipes.
So here’s the recipe guys, please follow and share your feedback.
